Love macro photography? Want to test the newest Irix lens? Here’s your opportunity, but you’ll need to HURRY!

One of the most common questions we hear at Irix USA is, “How do I become a product tester for Irix Lenses?” Since we announced the new 150mm macro lens, we’ve been hearing it even more often.

The Irix Team knows there are many amazing photographers out there that deserve the opportunity. So, while the new lens is being prepared to ship to our dealers, we’ve decided to have a friendly competition, to give FIVE talented photo enthusiasts the opportunity to test our awesome new lens. 

Entering is simple, but there’s not much time. The competition is only open until November 22nd! Here’s how to enter:

  1. Select 3 of your best macro photos. They must be taken by YOU.
  2. Create a post with all three photos on one or more of the followings sites: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  3. Tag your post with this hashtag: #irixmacrocompetition

Again, be sure to complete your post(s) before November 22nd to be eligible!

On November 26th, FIVE photographers will be chosen from the entries to test the Irix 150mm f/2.8 macro Dragonfly for a full month!

Remember, Irix lenses are designed for full-frame cameras and compatible with APS-C models. The available mounts are Canon EF, Nikon F and Pentax K. If you’re a Sony E shooter, you can use an adapter.
